No. When you apply the test, please just send us the order form (any format is acceptable).
If you send us the order form, we will send you the invoice, so please pay the fee and send us samples.
Contract such as Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is not required, but if you would like to sign any contracts, please let us know.
