We make and send a quotation by email.
↓
If you decide to perform the test, you send an order form.
(If necessary, sign an NDA or other contract.)

We send an invoice.
↓
You pay the test fee and send samples.
↓
We perform the test and report the results.
↓
If necessary, we send the samples back to you.
