It is difficult to provide the list of all the strains that can be tested. If you let us know the strains you would like to test, we will be able to tell you whether or not the test is possible.
Basically, the test can be performed on any strains with the following conditions.
- Either NBRC or JCM strains
- BSL (Biosafety level) should be 2 or less
- Not classified as Class I to III pathogens under the Infectious Disease Control Law of Japan
As for the strains that are not stored in our laboratory, we will order them for the test.
